HomeCare for the Carolinas, LLC (HC4C) is unique because we provide personalized care tailored to each client. HC4C is guided by a core set of values-care, respect, communication, and excellence. We address the whole patient-mind, body, and soul. We are a state licensed agency with bonding and insurance and a member of The Better Business Bureau (BBB).

We service clients as young as pediatrics to the senior/geriatric population. HC4C hires nurses, certified nursing assistants, home health aides, and caregivers. All personnel have been screened, completed an extensive pre-employment process, testing, and orientation. Continuing education is scheduled throughout the year to stay current in the healthcare field. All personnel are selected and matched with each client according to their professional areas. Our staff will orient the client to our services in person or at the location of the client.

HC4C provides a nurse assessment and quarterly reviews of the client every 90 days as well as aide level care such as personal care needs, such as eating, grooming, dressing, bathing, incontinence care, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal preparations, and errands (if applicable). These services are in the residence of the client or other designated area. We use discretion, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
