Carolina Prime Steakhouse is famous for its steaks and chops that are cut daily from High Plains Midwestern Grain Fed Beef.  We buy only from the top twelve percent of the market.  We make every effort to cook your steak just the way you like it.
 

While steaks are our specialty, we have a great deal of variety on our menu.  We server lunch and dinner and have the very freshest seafood delivered to us daily.  Our reknown chef, Italo Siblilia and his staff apply true culinary art to each dish thay prepare.
